Members of the Financial Control Unit (FCU) at the Capital Markets Authority offered an overview on the role of the CMA in protecting investors, mainly through focusing on the work conducted at the level of product review as per CMA regulations and the reviews importance in relation to investor protection and enforcing of suitability measures set by CMA for each investment opportunity offered to an investor.
