BLOM Chairman, Mr. Saad Azhari affirmed that the “the conference represents an important opportunity for Lebanon, which has formed a new government and is expected to embark on major reforms without sacrificing competitiveness and positive governance.”

He said the issue of Lebanon’s export of oil and gas would add life to the Lebanese market, while pointing out “it is necessary to restructure the financial system in Lebanon and activate the role of the private sector.”
